For Tanya Nunn, food has always been more than a meal, it has been a source of comfort, healing, and connection.
Throughout her life, Tanya has worn many hats. She has opened medical clinics, driven tractor trailers, and overcome challenges that would have caused many people to give up.
Yet through every season, one thing remained constant:
Her love for cooking
The kitchen became place of peace, creativity, and restoration. It became the place where she could pour love into others through food.

As a survivor of domestic violence, Tanya understands firsthand the challenges many women face when trying to rebuild their lives.
After spending time in a domestic violence shelter herself, she developed a deep desire to create opportunities for women who are working to change their circumstances and create a better future for themselves and their families.
Kitchen Goddess is mora than a business. It is a mission to encourage, empower, and support woman who need a second chance and an opportunity to move forward.

One of them most difficult experiences Tanya has faced was the loss of her daughter.
Before her passing, Tanya and her daughter dreamed of building this food truck together. That dream remains at the heart of Kitchen Goddess today.
